China, the world’s largest electric vehicle (EV) market, is making significant strides in installing more ultrafast electric vehicle charging piles to support its rapidly growing EV industry. According to recent reports, a 100% liquid cooled supercharging station has begun operating in Guang Joo, marking a major milestone in the development of China’s EV charging infrastructure.
100% Liquid Cooled Supercharging Station in Guang Joo
The new liquid cooled supercharging station in Guang Joo is home to lightning-fast chargers that deliver a stronger current, reducing charging times for EV drivers by at least half. With normal quick chargers taking between 40 minutes to over an hour to fully charge a battery, the new liquid cooled supercharging system can charge a battery to 50% in just 10 minutes. This means that drivers no longer have to be anxious about the range of their EVs.
