How quickly will I receive a response?
Phone calls are answered immediately during business hours (Mon–Sun, 9 AM–7 PM). Email and WhatsApp messages are responded to within 2 hours. For urgent matters, calling or WhatsApp is fastest.

I submitted an EV loan application — how do I check its status?
Check your loan application status in your Profile under the EV Loans section. Or call our loan team with your reference number (EVLOAN-XXXX-XXXXX).

How do I track my shop order?
Log into your account and go to Profile → Orders for real-time tracking. You will also receive SMS and email updates at every delivery stage.

I want to list my EV for sale — who should I contact?
You can list your EV directly online in about 5 minutes. If you need help with listing, pricing, or booking an inspection, email sell@evehicle.com.

How do I report a fraudulent listing or seller?
Email care@evehicle.com immediately with the listing ID and details. We investigate all fraud reports within 4 hours and remove fraudulent listings within 24 hours.

I received the wrong or damaged product — what do I do?
Contact shop@evehicle.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange free pickup and send a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days.
