Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using eVehicle you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration
• You must verify your mobile number via OTP
• Each person may maintain only one personal account
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately at hello@evehicle.com if you suspect unauthorised account access

For Sellers

• You must be the registered owner of the EV or have legal authority to sell it
• All listing information must be accurate and not misleading
• You must disclose all known defects, accidents, pending loans, or RC issues
• eVehicle reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these rules

For Buyers

• eVehicle is a marketplace — we facilitate connections but are not a party to the sale transaction
• You are responsible for independently verifying the vehicle and documents before any payment
• Never make advance payments outside the Platform without adequate verification

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation email
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days; Express: 1–2 business days (metro cities)
• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
• For defective or wrong items, contact shop@evehicle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

eVehicle's EV Loan service is a loan lead generation and referral platform. We help you find suitable EV loan products from our lending partners. We are not a bank or registered lending institution.

• Loan approval, rejection, interest rates and terms are determined solely by the lending partner
• eVehicle does not guarantee loan approval or any specific interest rate
• All information provided in a loan application must be accurate and truthful
• Providing false information for a loan application is a criminal offence under Indian law

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• List vehicles you do not own or have no right to sell
• Provide false, misleading or inaccurate information in listings or loan applications
• Impersonate any person or eVehicle employee
• Engage in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Scrape or use automated tools to extract data without written consent
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code to the Platform
• Post spam listings, duplicate listings, or fabricated reviews

All content on the Platform — including the eVehicle name, logo, brand identity, software, website design, written content, images, and tools — is the exclusive property of eVehicle and is protected under Indian intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute or modify our content without written permission
• You may not use our logo or brand name without prior written consent

By posting content on eVehicle (listings, photos, reviews), you grant eVehicle a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content on our Platform and in marketing materials.

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
• EV listings are created by third-party sellers — eVehicle does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing
• EMI calculators and price tools are indicative only and not financial advice
• eVehicle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to eVehicle in the 3 months preceding the claim

You may close your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account or by emailing hello@evehicle.com. We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or provide false information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For disputes, we first encourage direct resolution via hello@evehicle.com. Unresolved commercial disputes shall be settled by arbitration at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The courts at Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 15 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
